To Parents

We do not collect any personal identifying information about you without your permission. We may, however, gather some non-identifying information that tells us things such as which pages users visit, what computer platforms and browsers they use, and what songs or files they download. This information helps us develop our website in ways that better serve you.

Registration is required to purchase from our Kiddo Store. Children may not open their own account. A parent or guardian must set up an account for the child. In order to set up an ccount, you must be 18 with a valid credit card. We will never ask for your child's personal contact information. We collect information needed to complete the transaction, including the parent's name, mailing/billing address, credit card information, and dollar amount of the transaction.

 

The information you submit to us in an Internet order is placed in a secure database, so that we can process your order and better serve you.

 

Credit card numbers submitted to us as part of an Internet order through our secure store are transmitted in an encrypted format, which is the industry standard. This information will not be used outside of Kiddo Publishing, nor for any purpose other than for processing your order.

 

Once the account is set up, children under that age of 18 may make purchases on the account, utilizing the account's Username and Password. You do not need to register to use any feature other than the Kiddo Store

 

E-mail

We will never send your child e-mail advertisements (other than Kiddo event updates), we will only e-mail your child the information relevant to the Kiddo Club (which includes new songs, stories, or games, and occasionally an update of upcoming events).

 

We will send you an e-mail confirmation when you register and every time money is added to your child's account. This will provide you with a receipt for your credit card charge.

 

If you answer, "Yes" to the question, "Would you like to receive occasional e-mail updates?" when opening an account, we may send you occasional announcements of new products. We will never sell or trade your e-mail address, or any information we collect from you, to anyone.
